Our factory received the special mention for managing the network of partners and contractors at the highest level, which enables not only to use the knowledge and experience of partners within the design process, but also to manage the network of contractors in such a manner as to be capable to flexibly adapt to market requirements and guarantee the highest level of supplies, without losing the most important aspects of the value chain.
The award during the Future Industry Congress was received by Leszek Szulc, Director of Technical and Production Department of SaMASZ Sp. z o.o. ‘We have been building our network – a community of partnership for 38 years, as that is how long the company has been operating on the market. It has commenced as a sole proprietorship, now there are a thousand people working in the factory. This is what we are proud of, because in this thousand there are also our partners, cooperators that cooperate with us, but there are also universities and metalworking clusters. There is a great deal of it and we are aware that this cooperation pays off, because thanks to it we are successful.’ – Leszek Szulc.
